Is there a dress code for the wedding?
We would love for our guests to dress up with us! The dress code is semi-formal attire with a western, mountain-chic twist. We would like for everyone to dress up nice but accent your outfits up with boots, hats, bolo ties, etc. Above all, we want everyone to feel comfortable and confident, so wear whatever makes you look and feel your best!
What is the weather like in Felton during that time of year?
It is typically pretty warm during the summertime in Felton. The temperature usually ranges from 65 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit. August is also generally dry, with minimal rainfall.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding will be held entirely outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty that area. August is typically warm and pleasant, so be sure to dress comfortably for the summer weather. We recommend bringing a light layer for the evening, as it may cool down once the sun sets.
When should I RSVP by?
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We kindly ask that you RSVP before July 23rd. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as “not attending” due to our vendors’ cut off dates.
Can I bring a plus one?
We would love to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding and support—we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Are kids allowed at the wedding?
Yes, they kids are welcome to join in the celebration! We look forward to seeing them on our special day.
Is there parking at the venue?
Parking is available on site at the venue. Please follow the signs for guest parking.
How do I get to the venue?
Directions to the venue can be found in the home page section of our wedding website. We recommend using apple maps or google maps for accurate navigation. The address to Quail Hollow Ranch is 800 Quail Hollow Rd, Felton, CA 95018.
What time should I arrive at the venue on wedding day?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before the ceremony begins to give yourself plenty of time to park, find your seat, and soak in the beautiful surroundings before we say 'I do!’
